I joined a few days ago in the game from a message I received from Fernando12. Sorry, I didn't register here right away.

After I joined some nation declared war on me. Fernando12 messaged me that he would get me some help. One of your nations already stepped in to attack the nation that attacked me, thanks!

But, I only have about $100,000 left and I don't know how long this war will last and I am in anarchy. I was going to collect but Fernando12 also told me not to collect until I get out of anarchy which is Saturday. When he messaged me to join he said to buy basic things and only pay bills for 20 days. I do not think I can do that with only $100,000 left. I hope its not asking a lot, but if anyone can help me it would be great. I can sell tech as Fernando12 told me for $3mil/50 if anyone is interested.

I will help you out as well with my emergency aid that I give in exceptional circumstances, this means that the aid is free and you owe me nothing for it, so i'll send some of that as well.

As I said you owe me nothing for that, but if you want to do some tech deals then I would happily take part. Just remember that with the crappy aid system that you can only have 1 aid deal between 2 nations every 10 days.
